What size bags should I use?
~Standard bags between 50-55 litres work best. Bags should be easy to lift with one hand. No bulging, not over-stuffed, or torn.How do you sort laundry?
~We follow professional wash standards, seperating lights, darks, and fabrics as needed.What detergent do you use?
~We use professional-grade, scent-free detergent choosen for effectiveness and fabric care.
~Light natural scent is available for $3 per bag.Where is my laundry washed?
~Laundry is professionally washed and dried at a local commercial laundromat using high-capacity machines and professional-grade detergent.What if something needs special care.
~We'll contact you before proceeding. No surprises.What types of items are not accepted?
~Items with excessice soil, heavy pet hair saturation, or bodily fluids- feces, urine, vomit, or blood- are not accepted.What is the minimum order?
~Orders $50 and over recieve free pickup /delivery. Orders under $50 may incur a $15 service fee.When are pickup and deliveries?
~Pickups take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 8-11 am. Laundry is returned on the next scheduled service day following your pickup, typically within 48- 72 hours.
~Need it sooner? Next-day and same-day service may be available for an additional fee. We'll follow up to confirm your request and schedule your pickup.

~Yes. Duvets, comforters, and pet beds require additional space and handeling and are priced individually.

~Payment is due within 24 hours of recieving your laundry. We currently accept e-transfers or cash.
